The complete name of Felicity Jones is Felicity Rose Hadley Jones. West Midlands, Birmingham is her hometown but she grew up in Bourneville. Felicity Jones’s father was a famous journalist and her mother was in the advertising profession.
Her father and mother met at Star and Wolverhampton Express. They both got separated from each other and divorced when Felicity was only three years old. She along with her brother was raised by their mother. Her uncle, Michael Hadley is also an actor. After completing her early education from Kings Norton Girls College, she went to King Edward VI Handsworth School to complete her “A” levels.
Felicity Jones started her career very early. She appeared in the TV movie Treasure Seekers (1996) at the age of 12. She played the role of Ethel Hallow in a television show named as The Worst Witch for one series. She also played a role in Weirdsister College in the same sequel. She appeared in Servants (2003) a BBC Series. Along with her acting, she continued her studies and graduated from Wadham College in 2006.
Felicity Jones appeared in various student plays which include Attis where she played the title role. She also played the icon role in Comedy of Errors, a Shakespeare’s play. She also worked in radio as well. Felicity Jones has also the played long-running role known as Emma Grundy in The Archers on the radio. She appeared in the Chalk Garden of Donmar Warehouse Production in 2008. Her famous films were Northanger Abbey (2007), Brideshead Revisited (2008), Chéri (2009), and Tempest (2009).
Her great performance in the film Like Crazy film (2011) met her with critical acclaim and went on to win great awards. She also won the special jury prize of Sundance Festival Award in the year 2011. She was also met with great critical acclaim for the film The Theory Of Everything (2014). She was nominated for SAG, BAFTA, and Golden Globe and also Academy Awards for the best actress.
Felicity Jones separated from her boyfriend, Sculptor Ed Fornieles in the year 2013, after almost ten years of friendship. In 2015, Felicity Jones started dating a director named Charles Guard and their engagement was declared in May 2017. The couple finally got married in June 2018.
The real secret behind her fitness is her diet and routine exercise. One thing is for sure she never misses breakfast. She eats nutritious food such as omelets, whole wheat toast, and oatmeal with either milk or tea. Some of her favorite snacks are yogurt and lots of fruits. One of her favorite workouts is boxing. She also enjoys swimming, as swimming is considered to be an excellent exercise not only for the muscles but also for the cardiovascular system. She also spends time doing Yoga too.
Felicity Jones is great. She has done a great job in Star Wars and if we are being honest, she’s the only reason to see the movie ‘Inferno’ not Tom Hanks. Yeah, she saved that film, seriously no kidding. In my opinion Jyn Erso is one of my favorite characters. I love the fact that Felicity Jones knows how to play characters that use what ever they have to accomplish their goal. I find that refreshing. I love what she does on screen! Well done Felicity Jones!
