She was a vegetarian, but her low energy in the film Pearl Harbor (2001) led to her trainer suggesting she consume chicken and fish as well. She now eats sauteed vegetables with lean proteins. Kate Beckinsale is perhaps the best of the best. Style, class, and sophistication, are just some of the words that describe this incredible actress. The Underworld film really required a lot of hard work out of her, showing how dedicated she had to be just to get through that franchise. Some of her movies such as Nothing but the Truth (2008) was really deep and dark as hell! She really range. It especially shows in that film. She can play in any role, really.
